How it works
From a swath to a door-knock list.
The map is the same one the storm alerts use, so you are drawing over measured hail rather than a forecast.
01 Draw the area you want
Any shape, not a radius. A hail swath is a long narrow band and a circle over it wastes most of your day.
02 See what it will cost first
The preview is free and tells you how many addresses are inside the shape before you spend anything.
03 Pull the owners
Names and phone numbers for the addresses inside your outline, trimmed to the exact shape rather than roughly nearby.
04 Scrubbed before you see it
Do Not Call and known litigator numbers are removed from the callable list automatically. That is a filter you cannot forget to apply.
05 Knock it or call it
Export the list for the door-knocking crew, or send the callable ones into an outbound campaign.
06 Every roof, everywhere
Two thirds of US counties publish no street numbers at all. Where that is true the map still shows a dot on every roof, so the swath is never empty.

What does a pull cost?
You are charged per contact actually delivered, and the preview shows the number before you commit. It is the one thing here that is not included in the monthly plan, because it is a real per-record cost.
Can I use my own skip-trace account?
Yes. Connect your own Tracerfy account and you pay them directly at their rates with nothing added.
Is the data good in rural areas?
Coverage of published street numbers varies enormously by county. Where a county publishes nothing, the map still marks every building from national footprint data, and skip-trace turns those into addresses.
Is calling these people legal?
Do Not Call and litigator numbers are removed before the callable list is built, quiet hours are enforced, and opt-outs are permanent. Your obligations do not disappear, but the obvious traps are closed.
