Bookings land on their calendar, the opportunity is created in your pipeline, and a returning customer is recognised from your own contact records.
02 Jobber
Assessments are booked, the client and job are created, and appointment changes are pushed back when a homeowner reschedules. Built and tested against their API, not yet run on a live roofing account, so you would be the first and we would watch it with you.
03 JobTread
Customers and jobs mirror across so the AI can answer where a job stands mid-call, which is most of what a homeowner rings up to ask.
04 AccuLynx
Contacts, jobs and the files that are the job, including the photos and the claim paperwork, are imported and kept current. Reading only for now. Writing a booking back into AccuLynx needs identifiers we have not verified against a live account, and we will not ship an unverified write into your production CRM.
05 Google and Outlook calendars
Real free and busy per estimator, so the AI only ever offers a slot that exists.
06 Stripe and QuickBooks
Send an invoice and take the payment through whichever of the two you already use for your books.

Do I have to use your CRM?
No. If you already run GoHighLevel, Jobber, AccuLynx or JobTread, connect it and keep working in it. The built-in CRM is there for companies who do not want a second subscription.
What gets imported when I connect?
Your contacts, your jobs and their stages, and with AccuLynx the documents and photos too. It is a full import, not just names and numbers.
Why can it not write bookings into AccuLynx?
Their booking writes need identifiers we have not been able to verify against a live account, and shipping an unverified write into somebody production CRM is not a risk worth taking. Reading and importing work fully.
What if I switch CRMs later?
Connect the new one and the old one is retired automatically, including its stage list, so you are not offered stages from a system you no longer use.
