How it works
What connects, and what it does once connected.
Each of these is described by what the connection actually does today, including the parts that have not run on a live account yet.
01 GoHighLevel
Bookings land on their calendar, the opportunity is created in your pipeline, availability is read per estimator, and your contacts and jobs are synced so the AI can answer a returning customer.
02 JobTread
Customers and jobs sync across so the AI can tell a caller where their job stands. A new booking is pushed as a job with a dated task. That push is built and has not yet taken a real lead on a live account.
03 Jobber
Assessments are booked, the client and request are created, and reschedules are pushed back. Built and tested against their API, not yet run on a live roofing account, so you would be the first and we would watch it with you.
04 AccuLynx
Not launch-ready. The import is written, but it has not run on a live AccuLynx account and booking writes are switched off, so it cannot be connected from the dashboard yet.
05 Google and Outlook calendars
Google gives free and busy for each estimator on their own calendar. Outlook connects one calendar, which suits a company that books from a shared calendar.
06 Stripe and QuickBooks
Send an invoice through whichever of the two you already use, and the payment is recorded back on the job. This is new: a homeowner payment has not yet run end to end on a live account, so we set up your first one with you.

Straight answers.
Do I have to use your CRM?
No. If you already run GoHighLevel, JobTread or Jobber, connect it and keep working in it. The built-in CRM is there for companies who do not want a second subscription.
What gets imported when I connect?
Your contacts and your jobs with their stages, so the AI can recognise a returning customer and tell them where their job stands once the first full sync has finished.
Why can I not connect AccuLynx?
Writing a booking into AccuLynx needs identifiers we have not been able to verify against a live account, and the import has not run on one either. Shipping an unverified connection into somebody production CRM is not a risk worth taking, so it stays off until it is proven.
What if I switch CRMs later?
Connect the new one and the old one is retired automatically, including its stage list, so you are not offered stages from a system you no longer use.
