02 It checks who covers the address
You draw your service areas and assign estimators to them. A homeowner outside the patch is handled honestly instead of being booked with someone who will not drive there.
03 It reads the times back
It states the openings it was given rather than describing the day as wide open, because describing a day promises something the calendar never said.
04 It books, then confirms
The appointment lands on the calendar, the customer gets a confirmation, and the crew gets the address and the job notes. If a confirmation could not be sent, it says so instead of promising one.
05 Reschedules and cancellations too
