Roofing CRM
A roofing CRM that fills itself in.
Most CRMs are a filing cabinet you have to feed. This one is fed by the phone. Every call that turns into a lead becomes a customer, a job and an appointment without anybody typing, and the job file holds the parts a roofer actually argues about later.
$997/mo for the whole company. Everything below is included.
How it works
What is in the file by the time you open it.
This is created by the call, not by an office manager catching up at 6pm.
01 The customer and the property
Name, number, email and the property address, spelled back and confirmed on the call rather than guessed from the caller ID.
02 The job, on a board you renamed
Your stages, your words. The pipeline columns, the statuses and the fields are all yours to rename, because every roofer names their stages differently.
03 The appointment
Who it is with, when, and the notes the crew needs. It stays in step with the calendar, so an edit made in Google shows up here.
04 Photos and video
Before, during and after, taken on a phone from the roof and attached to the job rather than lost in somebody camera roll.
05 The paperwork
The worksheet, the claim details, the parties on the job, the contract and the invoices, all on the one file.
06 Everything that was said
The call recording, the transcript, the texts and the emails, on the customer rather than in five different apps.
The honest version
What it replaces, and what it does not.
It is a roofing CRM, not an accounting package or a production scheduler. Where something belongs in another tool, it connects rather than pretends.
| Task | Handled here | Still a person |
|---|---|---|
| Customers, jobs and appointments | Yes | Nobody |
| Photos, video and documents on the job | Yes | Nobody |
| Contracts and e-signature | Yes | Nobody |
| Invoices and taking payment | Through Stripe or QuickBooks | Nobody |
| Full bookkeeping and payroll | No | Your accountant |
| Material ordering and supplier POs | No | Your supplier |
| Crew production scheduling | No | Your production manager |
Straight answers.
Do I have to move off the CRM I already use?
No. Connect GoHighLevel, Jobber, AccuLynx or JobTread and the bookings are pushed there instead. The built-in CRM is for companies who do not want to pay for a second system.
Can I rename the pipeline stages?
Yes, and you should. The columns, the statuses and the custom fields are all yours. Nothing here forces a roofing company to adopt somebody else words for their own process.
What happens to a job we lose?
It is archived rather than deleted, so the history and the photos survive. You can reopen it if the homeowner comes back after the next storm.
Who on my team can see what?
Access is per screen and per role. A sales rep can be limited to their own jobs, an office manager can see everything, and the money screens can be owners only.
Also included
The rest of what your $997 covers.
Everything here is one plan and one price. Nothing below is an add-on.
AI roofing secretary
Answers every call in a natural voice, qualifies the job the way an office manager would, and books the estimate before hanging up.
Roofing answering service
Nights, weekends and the second caller during a storm. Unlimited calls at once, so nobody waits in a queue.
Hail map and storm reports
Radar-measured hail swaths over your territory, with a dot on every roof underneath so you know which streets to knock.
Stop typing up your own phone calls.
The job file is written while the call is happening. You read it afterwards.
