Reports
Which of your marketing is actually paying for itself.
Most roofing companies can tell you what they spent and not what it bought. Because the calls, the leads and the jobs all live in one place here, the answer is already in the data rather than waiting on somebody to build a spreadsheet.
$997/mo for the whole company. Everything below is included.
How it works
What you can see.
Everything here comes from the calls and jobs already in the system.
01 Where leads came from
The AI asks how the homeowner heard about you on every booked call, so you can see which source produced won jobs, their close rate and their revenue.
02 What happened on each call
Filter the call log by booked, transferred, message taken, spam or no answer, with the recording and transcript on every call.
03 Estimator performance
Leads, won jobs and close rate for each salesperson, so you can see whether the work is spread the way you intended.
04 Pipeline value
What is sitting at each stage, how many open jobs have gone quiet for more than two weeks, and which one has been open longest.
05 What each job made
Open a job for what it brought in, what it cost and its share of that month's marketing spend, or see a whole month of jobs at once.
06 Your minutes and your bill
Minutes used against the thousand included and what any overage costs, on the screen before the invoice arrives.
07 A summary by email
A monthly report on the first of the month and a weekly digest turn up in your inbox so you do not have to remember to log in.
The honest version
What is measured, and what is not.
It reports on what it can see. It sees the phone, the leads and the jobs, and it does not see your bank account.

Straight answers.
Do I have to tag leads myself?
Not for booked calls. The AI asks how the homeowner heard about you before it finishes a booking and records the answer, which is where most of the source data comes from.
Can I see it per estimator?
Yes, and you can restrict a sales rep to only their own jobs if you would rather they did not see everyone else.
Does it work out my cost per lead?
Yes, once you enter what you spend each month on each lead source. It does not pull spend from Google or Meta, so it never invents that half of the number.
Also included
The rest of what your $997 covers.
Everything here is one plan and one price. Nothing below is an add-on.
AI roofing secretary
Answers every call in a natural voice, qualifies the job the way an office manager would, and books the estimate before hanging up.
Roofing answering service
Nights, weekends and the second caller during a storm. It takes several calls at the same time, so nobody sits in a hold queue.
Hail map and storm reports
Radar-estimated hail swaths over your territory, with roof and address dots underneath so you know which streets to inspect first.
Find out which half of your marketing works.
The data is already there because the calls and the jobs live in the same place.
