Blue Collar Lead — a registered DBA (doing-business-as name) of DWD & SEO LLC ("we," "us," or "our") — operates the Blue Collar Lead platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. It applies both to the businesses that use our platform and to the consumers we message on those businesses' behalf.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, company name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).

Billing information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Call data: Our AI agent collects information from calls made to your business number, including caller name, phone number, address, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.

Usage data: We collect logs of dashboard activity, call session duration, and feature usage to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Blue Collar Lead platform
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send call notifications and account emails
To improve AI accuracy and service quality
To comply with legal obligations
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Call Recording Disclosure

Important: Calls handled by the Blue Collar Lead AI agent may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized. As the account holder, you are responsible for disclosing call recording to callers in accordance with applicable law.

Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used only to generate summaries and lead information for your dashboard. We do not sell or share call recordings with third parties.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Twilio — for phone number provisioning and message/call delivery
An AI voice/communications provider — for AI call answering and conversation handling
A transactional email provider — for account and notification emails
A cloud hosting provider — for hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and is contractually required to protect your data.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

When a consumer contacts a business that uses our platform and provides a mobile number — by submitting a contact or estimate request form, or by calling or texting the business — we may send SMS text messages on that business's behalf about the consumer's inquiry, appointment, or project. We collect only the consumer's name and mobile number for this purpose.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the messaging service the consumer asked for. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Phone numbers are disclosed only to the subprocessors that operate the messaging service on our behalf (for example, Twilio for message delivery), strictly to send the messages. 6. Google Calendar Integration & Google User Data

If you connect your Google Calendar, we request access only to the Google Calendar events scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events). We use this access solely to:

Check your availability (open time slots) so the AI can offer real appointment times
Create, read, or update appointment events that you book through the Service

We store only your encrypted Google authorization tokens and the IDs of events we create — we do not copy or retain the rest of your calendar. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access.

Limited Use: Blue Collar Lead’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call logs and recordings are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted (hashed) passwords, HTTPS everywhere, HttpOnly session cookies with CSRF protection, rate limiting, and regular database backups. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It is set as HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite, which means it is sent only over HTTPS and cannot be read by JavaScript. It is paired with an anti-CSRF cookie used solely to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not store login or session tokens in your browser's localStorage, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in a portable format
Opt out of certain data processing

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
