Blue Collar Lead
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Blue Collar Lead LLC provides text messaging services on behalf of the roofing and home-services businesses that use our platform. This policy explains our text messaging (SMS) program, how consent works, and how to stop receiving messages. Each message you receive identifies the specific business it is sent on behalf of.
Automated lead-response texts are sent only when the person affirmatively agrees to receive SMS at the number provided through a clear form checkbox or another documented opt-in. A phone number alone is not treated as blanket consent. We may also deliver closely related transactional messages, such as a reminder for an appointment the person requested, or a direct reply to a text conversation the person started. We do not text purchased lists or people who have not contacted the business.
These are customer-care and transactional messages tied to your request. We do not send unrelated promotional or marketing blasts through this program.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business (for example, when you book or reschedule an appointment, or when staff follow up about your project).
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially or reply START.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below. You can also reach us at any time — we're happy to assist.
We respect your privacy. We collect your name and phone number to communicate with you about your request and to provide the services you asked for.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf (such as messaging delivery or customer service) is permitted solely to operate the service. All other categories of use exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
For questions about this messaging program or your data, reach us through our contact page, or reply HELP to any message. Each message identifies the specific business it is sent on behalf of, so you always know who is contacting you.
