How it works
What the crew and the office get.
Built for someone standing on a roof holding a phone, and for the office that has to send the proof afterwards.
01 Proof on every photo
Date, time and GPS can be stamped in the corner. The stamp says where the photo was actually taken, and names the job address only when you are standing at the job.
02 Markup
Arrows, circles, boxes, freehand and text, plus crop, rotate, brightness and contrast. Draw on a photo before it saves, or on a copy later. The original is kept.
03 Walkthrough video
Record up to 10 minutes in the app. What you say is written down and shown as captions, and circles and arrows you draw stay on the spot as the camera moves.
04 Photo checklists
Roof inspection and job completion lists to start, or your own. Each item takes a photo, a tick, yes or no, a choice, a rating or a note, with who did it and when.
05 Reports, links and certificates
A PDF with your company on it, a private link the adjuster opens with no login, a live link of every photo, or a certificate of completion with each Before beside its After, texted or emailed from your own number.
06 Photos from the homeowner
Text them a link and they upload the damage photos straight onto the job, no app and no login, before anyone drives out.
07 Find anything
Tags, comments with teammates tagged, search, filters, a map of every job, and the words in a photo (a permit or a shingle wrapper) copied out for you.
08 Your website gallery
Pick your best photos for a gallery you link or paste into your own site. It shows the town only, never a name or street, and strips the location from the files.
09 Weak signal on the roof
With the app open, photos taken after the signal drops wait on the phone and upload by themselves when it comes back. Opening the app in the first place needs a connection.

Straight answers.
Do we still need CompanyCam?
Most roofing companies will not. Stamped photos, markup, before and after, walkthrough video, checklists, comments, tags, photo reports, share links, certificates of completion, customer uploads, a website gallery and a job map are all in the plan for every login. LiDAR measuring and two-camera video are not, because only a phone app can do them.
Can the homeowner or the adjuster see the photos?
Only what you send them. A report or certificate goes out as a private link that you can turn off, and nothing is public unless you put it in your website gallery.
Does it work with bad signal on a roof?
Yes, once the app is open. A photo taken after the signal drops waits on the phone and uploads by itself when the signal comes back, or the next time you open the app. Opening the app needs a connection.
What happens when we fill the included storage?
Nothing stops working. Storage past the included 25 GB is under 2 cents per gigabyte a month (100 GB more is about $1.65).
