Estimates

The measurement report goes in. A priced proposal comes out.

The measurements are already in the report you paid for. Typing them into a spreadsheet again is the slow part. Drop the report in, and a priced proposal in your own branding comes back with your material and labour numbers applied.

$997/mo for the whole company. Everything below is included.

How it works

From report to signed proposal.

Your pricing, your branding, your margins. The tool does the arithmetic.

01  Drop in the report

The takeoff is read out of the measurement PDF rather than retyped, so the squares, pitches and edge lengths come across as measured.

02  Your own pricing applies

Material and labour rates are yours. Change them once and every future estimate uses the new numbers.

03  It comes back branded

The proposal carries your company name and logo, not ours. The homeowner never sees this tool.

04  Attached to the job

The proposal lands on the job file, alongside the photos and the claim details, rather than in somebody downloads folder.

05  Send it for signature

Your own contract PDF, with fields you position once, sent for signature and signed on a phone.

06  Then invoice it

When it is signed, the invoice goes out through Stripe or QuickBooks and the homeowner can pay it from the email.

The honest version

What it prices, and what it cannot know.

It applies your numbers accurately. It does not decide what your numbers should be, and it will not guess at a roof it cannot see.

Straight answers.

Do I need an EagleView subscription?

You need a measurement report from somewhere. This tool prices what the report measured, it does not fly the roof.

Whose branding is on the proposal?

Yours. It is white label, and the homeowner has no idea what produced it.

Can I override a price on one job?

Yes. The defaults are your standard rates, and any individual estimate can be adjusted before it goes out.

What about the contract and getting paid?

Upload your own contract PDF once, drag the fill-in fields where you want them, and send it for signature. Once signed, invoice it and take the payment through Stripe or QuickBooks.
