01 Your website form
Point any form tool at your own webhook address and the lead is saved the second it is submitted. The form needs to include a phone number.
02 Lead emails, forwarded
Every company gets its own lead address. Forward Angi, Thumbtack or anything else to it and the AI reads the email and pulls out the homeowner.
03 Google Local Services
A message lead from Google has no phone number, just a reply address. The AI answers it by email from your own connected mailbox, which is the only thing that reaches that homeowner.
04 Junk is filtered first
A bot check and then an AI read of the message drop the spam before anything calls anyone, so the AI is not dialling a bot submission.
05 Then it calls them back
The homeowner asked you to get in touch, so every lead that passes the filter gets a call a few minutes later, between 8am and 8pm in their time zone. A form with its own consent boxes is followed exactly as ticked.
06 And texts when it cannot call
If the call cannot be placed or nobody answers, a text follows. A lead that arrives at night gets a text straight away and the call waits for the morning.

How fast does it respond?
A few minutes after the lead arrives, during the homeowner calling hours. You set the delay. Outside those hours the call waits for the morning, and a text goes out once your texting number is approved.
Do I need to change my website?
No. Most form tools can post to a webhook, and if yours cannot, forwarding the notification email to your lead address works just as well.
How does it answer a Google Local Services lead with no phone number?
Google gives a one-time reply address instead of a number. The AI replies to that address from your own connected mailbox, because a reply from anywhere else does not reach the homeowner.
What stops it calling a bot submission?
Two checks before anything is dialled: an automatic bot and junk check, then an AI read of the message itself. Obvious junk never reaches the dialler.
