Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blue Collar Lead ("Service"). Blue Collar Lead is operated by Blue Collar Lead LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Blue Collar Lead provides an AI-powered front office platform for home service contractors. The Service includes inbound AI call handling, appointment booking, appointment confirmations and reminders, consent-based response to leads who contacted the business, a management dashboard, CRM tools, contracts and electronic signatures, invoices, payment-provider connections, call logging, lead routing, and third-party integrations. Every automated outbound AI call identifies itself as AI and names the business at the start. The Service does not provide cold-calling, bulk outbound, storm-campaign, or purchased-list dialing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legally operating business to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis at $997/month, with no setup fee. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed, except where the guarantee above or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. AI Call Recording & Consent

Important: Blue Collar Lead announces at the start of every AI-handled call that the call may be recorded. Calls may then be recorded, transcribed, and summarized to provide the Service.

The platform notice is a safety control, not legal advice and not a guarantee that it satisfies every federal, state, local, or industry-specific requirement. You remain responsible for any additional disclosure, affirmative consent, retention, or recording restrictions that apply to your business, callers, forwarded lines, and locations.

6. SMS Text Messaging Program

If you enable text messaging, we send SMS messages to consumers on your behalf and you become the message sender for compliance purposes. Automated lead-response texts require documented SMS consent from the intake source. Appointment confirmations, reminders, and direct replies must remain closely related to the consumer's request or existing transaction. Providing a phone number by itself is not treated as blanket consent for automated marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consumers can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

You agree to (a) collect consent through a clear opt-in (such as a contact form with an SMS-consent checkbox or a direct request from the consumer), (b) not send marketing or promotional content through this customer-care program, and (c) comply with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements. We will not share consumers' mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Full details are in our SMS / Text Messaging Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

7a. Outbound Calling & Texting Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws governing calls and text messages you initiate or configure through the Service, including the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do-Not-Call rules, state mini-TCPA laws, and calling-time restrictions. Automated follow-up calls and texts go only to a consumer who contacted you first, for example by submitting your website form or sending you a lead email, and only about that inquiry. When the form or lead says nothing about consent, the Service treats the consumer's own inquiry as the basis for that follow-up and records it that way. When a form includes a consent choice, the Service follows it for each channel: a consumer who declined calls is not called automatically, a consumer who declined texts is not texted automatically, and a lead that declined both is saved for manual follow-up. You are responsible for making sure your forms, lead sources and use of the Service meet the laws that apply to you. Appointment confirmations and reminders may be used only for appointments the consumer requested or agreed to. The Service applies internal opt-out suppression, consumer-timezone scheduling, duplicate suppression, and STOP handling, but those controls do not replace legal review of your use case. We may block, throttle, suspend, or terminate any messaging or calling activity we reasonably believe is unlawful or unsafe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials associated with Blue Collar Lead are the exclusive property of Blue Collar Lead LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8a. Connected Integrations & Your Customer Data

The Service can connect to third-party systems you already use, such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM platforms including GoHighLevel, Jobber, AccuLynx, and JobNimbus. By connecting an integration you authorize us to read from and write to that system on your behalf where that provider and your account support the requested action (for example: reading availability, creating or updating appointments, importing your team, or reading customer and job records so the AI can answer status questions). Integration capabilities vary by provider and plan; AccuLynx API access requires its AppConnections add-on. You may disconnect an integration at any time from your dashboard, which revokes that authorization going forward.

8b. Contracts, Electronic Signatures & Payments

The Service provides tools to prepare, send, sign, store, and download agreements and to create invoices through connected providers. We do not draft legal terms for you and are not your law firm, accountant, insurer, engineer, or payment processor. You are responsible for the agreement language, required consumer notices, cancellation rights, signer authority, electronic-record disclosures and consent, tax treatment, licensing, and record-retention rules that apply to each transaction. Payment card information is collected and processed by the connected payment provider; Blue Collar Lead does not store complete card numbers.

8c. Reviews

You are responsible for using review-request features consistently with each review platform's policies and applicable endorsement, incentive, and consumer-protection laws. Do not buy reviews, offer undisclosed incentives, submit reviews for customers, or request false content. Platform enforcement may affect your business profile and is outside our control.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT CONFIGURING OR USING THE SERVICE MAKES YOUR BUSINESS COMPLIANT WITH ANY LAW OR THIRD-PARTY POLICY.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE COLLAR LEAD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Collar Lead LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
