How long does approval take?
It is a carrier process, not ours, and it is usually days rather than weeks. Until it clears, the AI will not claim it can text someone. It says so instead.
Can a person take over a conversation?
At any time. Open the thread and type. The AI stops and you carry on.
Does it text anyone who has opted out?
No. Opt-outs are honoured automatically, quiet hours are respected, and Do Not Call numbers are scrubbed before any outreach.
