The whole product, on one page
Blue Collar Lead is a complete roofing CRM with an AI office manager built in.
It answers your calls and texts, asks the questions your company cares about, writes the answers into the job, books the right person, and then runs that job through photos, estimates, contracts, invoices, reviews and reports. You do not need another CRM to use it.
- Built for
- Roofing companies, roughly $1M to $5M a year, with an office and crews in the field.
- Is it a full CRM?
- Yes. Boards, custom stages and job fields, contacts, tasks, notes, documents and permissions are all included. Connecting an outside CRM is optional.
- Price
- $997 a month for the whole company. No per-user fees, no setup fee, no annual contract.
- Included usage
- 1,000 AI call minutes, 1,000 outgoing texts and 25 GB of photo and video storage a month.
- Where it runs
- In the browser on any computer or phone, and installable on a phone's home screen. No native app store app.
How the parts connect
One call, followed all the way to a paid job.
Most roofing software is a CRM that waits for someone to type into it. Here the AI fills the CRM in, and the CRM tells the AI what to ask. This is the order things happen in.
A homeowner reaches you
By phone, by text, through your website's form or texting button, or by a lead email from Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor or Google forwarded to your lead address. Every one lands in the same place.
The AI answers and works out what they need
It answers around the clock, matches what the caller describes ("my roof is leaking") to one of your services, checks the address against the areas you serve, and screens out spam and sales calls.
The right person is picked
It narrows to who covers the area the property sits in, who works that day, and whose live calendar is free, and (if you choose) who does that kind of work. Then it shares the work the way you set: a priority order, fair turns, tiers, or always one person. A caller who asks for someone by name gets them when they are free.
The appointment is booked
On your Google or Outlook calendar with your visit length, gaps, notice and daily limit, or offered as times for you to approve. The rep gets the calendar invite and the office gets the booking alert.
It asks your questions, not generic ones
You create the job fields your company wants filled, such as whether there is an insurance claim, whether the roof is leaking right now, or which door to knock on, and tick the ones the AI should ask. It asks them on calls, on outbound lead calls and over text, one at a time once anything the caller wants is booked, skips anything already answered, and only accepts answers that fit the field.
The answers land in the job
The customer record and the job are created or updated as the conversation happens, with your fields filled in and a note saying what was recorded on the call. Nobody retypes the phone call.
Existing customers are handled too
A caller already on file can check, move or cancel an appointment, ask where their job stands, leave a message for a named teammate, or be transferred, with a text to anyone who missed the transfer.
The crew documents the job
Photos stamped with time and place, markup, before and after shots, walkthrough videos, checklists, and a talk-and-snap walkthrough the AI writes up into a report.
Estimate, contract, signature
An EagleView report becomes a material list, a price and a proposal. Contracts are signed online and stored on the job.
Invoice, payment, review, report
Invoices go out through your own Stripe or QuickBooks, payments come back onto the job, a finished job can trigger a review request, and the reports show close rate, lead sources and profit per job.
Everything it does
The full list, by area.
"Included" means it works for every company. "Off until you turn it on" means it is built and waiting for a switch in Settings. Anything with a limit says so in the same row.

What it replaces
The separate subscriptions this covers.
A roofing company usually pays for these one by one. This is what each category looks like here. Where a dedicated product goes further, the row says so.
| Usually a separate subscription | In Blue Collar Lead | Where a dedicated tool goes further |
|---|---|---|
| Roofing CRM | Boards, custom fields, contacts, tasks, documents, permissions, crews | Supplier material ordering (built, waiting on supplier access), production crew scheduling |
| AI receptionist or answering service | 24/7 AI calls and texts that book into your calendar and CRM | A human answering service for callers who insist on a person |
| Job photo app | Stamped photos, markup, video, checklists, reports, share links | LiDAR scans, 360 photos, AI damage detection |
| E-signature | Agreements and your own PDF contracts, signed online | Complex multi-party document routing |
| Estimating | EagleView to material list, price and proposal | Other measurement formats, satellite measuring, Xactimate |
| Hail maps | Radar swaths, address history, alerts, address lists | Owner names and phone numbers, direct mail |
| Texting and review tools | Two-way texting, website texting button, review requests | Bulk text campaigns, replying to reviews |
For prices of the separate tools, see what the same office costs elsewhere on the home page. Every figure there links to the vendor's own pricing page and shows the date it was checked.

Moving your data in
Use it as your main system, or alongside the one you have.
You do not have to keep AccuLynx, JobNimbus or GoHighLevel to use Blue Collar Lead. If you keep one, it connects; if you leave, your records come with you.
From AccuLynx
A built-in import brings contacts, jobs with their milestones and job numbers, history, insurance and adjuster details, reps, custom fields, worksheets, estimates, supplements, invoices, payments and calendar events, then job messages, documents and photos. It previews first and changes nothing until you say so. It is new and has not yet been run on a live company's account.
From GoHighLevel
Connect it and your boards, column names and jobs are copied onto the built-in board, keeping your layout. Or keep working in GoHighLevel and let the AI book into it.
From anything else
Import contacts from a spreadsheet, import your team, and continue your job numbers where your old system stopped.
What it does not do
Limits, stated plainly.
These are not built today. If one of them is a deal-breaker, it is better to know now.
- No native iPhone or Android app. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen.
- Ordering materials from ABC Supply and SRS is built into the job but is not available yet: it switches on once each supplier gives us partner access. QXO is not supported.
- No owner names or phone numbers from the hail map, and no direct mail.
- No bulk text or call campaigns. Outreach is to people who contacted you.
- Estimating reads EagleView reports only: no Hover, no satellite measuring, no Xactimate.
- No AI photo damage detection, LiDAR or 360 photos.
- No financing offers, automatic deposit schedules or live bank feeds.
- Calls and texts are in English.
- No voicemail box: when nobody can take a call, the AI takes a full message instead.
- Customer email replies are not filed on the job; they arrive in your own inbox.
- A live connection that writes into AccuLynx is not available; the import moves your records out of it.
Questions
Asked before people sign up.
Is Blue Collar Lead a CRM or an answering service?
Both, in one product. It is a complete roofing CRM (boards, custom stages and fields, contacts, tasks, documents, photos, estimates, contracts, invoices, reports and permissions) with an AI that answers your calls and texts, asks your job questions and fills that CRM in. You do not need a separate CRM.
Do we have to keep AccuLynx, JobNimbus or GoHighLevel?
No. Blue Collar Lead can be your main system. If you want to keep GoHighLevel, the AI books into it and reads it; JobTread and Jobber connect as well. Moving off AccuLynx, a built-in import brings your contacts, jobs, history and documents across.
How is the AI different from an answering service?
An answering service takes a message. This AI checks your real calendar and booking rules, books the right person, asks the questions you set up for your company and writes the answers into the job, answers existing customers about their appointment or job, and transfers or messages your team by name. Everything it learns lands in the CRM.
How does it decide who gets the appointment?
It looks at who covers the area the property is in, who works that day, whose calendar is free, and optionally who does that kind of work, then shares appointments the way you choose: a priority order, fair turns, tiers, or always one person.
Can it replace CompanyCam?
For most roofing photo work, yes: stamped photos with GPS, markup, before and after, walkthrough video, checklists, comments, photo reports, share links, certificates of completion and photos sent in by homeowners, all inside the job. It does not do LiDAR scans, 360 photos or AI damage detection.
What does $997 a month include, and what costs more?
Every feature, for the whole company with no per-user fees, plus 1,000 AI call minutes, 1,000 outgoing texts and 25 GB of storage a month. Extra minutes and texts are billed at our standard rates, and extra storage at under 2 cents per gigabyte a month. There is no setup fee and no annual contract.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Crews get a My Jobs view, the camera, walkthroughs and checklists. There is no app-store app.
Can our other software connect to it?
Yes. Owners make API keys with their own permissions, and webhooks send your systems a signed message when jobs, contacts, leads or bookings change. See the developer guide.
Hear the AI answer before you read another page.
Call it like a homeowner would. It is the real system, answering for a made-up roofing company.
